Choose the Media Based on What the Listing Needs to Communicate.
Not every property needs every service. The strongest media plan starts with exceptional photography and then adds context, movement, layout, immersion or evening presentation where those elements help buyers understand the home.

General Service Questions
What types of photography services do you offer?
Pinnacle provides a complete residential media system: Signature Series™ Photography, GeoContext™ Aerial Photography and Video, Cinematic Property Films, vertical social video, Zillow 3D Home®, Matterport Pro2 4K, OmniVision™ 3D powered by Matterport Pro3, LiveLayout™ floor plans, Evening Signature™ real twilight, Smart Twilight™, virtual staging, community-amenity media and property-marketing assets.
Do you provide unlimited photos per shoot?
Yes. Residential photography packages include all useful professionally finished photographs appropriate to the property rather than charging by a fixed image count. The service is complete property coverage, not unlimited appointment time or unlimited client-directed variations.
How quickly do I receive the final images?
Pinnacle’s current residential service standard is delivery of standard media by 12 PM the following day. Specialized 3D, custom editing, unusual production or third-party processing can have a different delivery timeline.
Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?
Next-day appointments are regularly available through the live booking calendar, although availability varies by location, service mix and photographer schedule. For an urgent listing, check the live calendar or contact Client Services before relying on a specific time.
Are you available seven days a week?
Yes. Pinnacle offers appointments seven days a week. Availability for a specific photographer, twilight window or specialized service depends on the live schedule.
Do you charge trip or travel fees?
Standard appointments within Pinnacle’s normal service area are priced through the published residential rate structure. Separate off-site amenity stops, remote locations, islands, long travel, unusual access or projects outside the normal coverage area can require an additional location or custom travel fee.
How do you handle last-minute bookings?
The online reservation system shows current appointment availability. If the listing is time-sensitive, reserve the earliest suitable opening and contact Client Services if the order requires special coordination.
What areas do you service?
Pinnacle currently serves multiple Florida markets including Broward, Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Lee, Manatee, Miami-Dade, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Sarasota and Seminole counties. Service areas can expand or change, so confirm the property address in the booking system.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Appointment length depends on property size and the ordered services. A straightforward photography-only appointment may be relatively quick, while large homes, video, Matterport, OmniVision™, aerial media or extensive outdoor amenities require more production time.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Pinnacle’s current Terms of Service require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $50 fee, and additional charges can apply when the photographer is already en route or the site cannot be accessed.
Pricing & Payment
What are your pricing packages?
For properties up to 2,500 sq. ft., current residential packages start at $225 for Essential Photography and $350 for the Complete Marketing Package. Enhanced packages add Matterport, OmniVision™, cinematic video, social video, GeoContext™ aerial media and/or Evening Signature™ twilight; use the live Residential Media Pricing page for the full size-based table.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties or bulk orders?
Pinnacle can discuss brokerage, team and recurring-volume arrangements when the annual production level and service mix justify a custom account structure. Current published pricing should be used unless a separate written volume agreement has been approved.
Is there a subscription or membership option for frequent users?
A membership is not required to use Pinnacle. Teams and brokerages with recurring volume can contact Client Services about account terms or custom arrangements rather than relying on an older promotional subscription.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown through the Pinnacle booking and payment platform. If your brokerage requires a specific payment method or accounting workflow, confirm it with Client Services before placing a large or recurring order.
Do you require a deposit?
Payment timing depends on the client account and order. The booking platform displays the amount due for the appointment, and approved brokerage or account terms may differ from a first-time client’s payment requirements.
Are there any hidden fees?
Optional services and published add-ons are itemized in the residential pricing system. Additional fees can apply when the property has multiple structures, unusual access, connected units, extensive off-site amenities, advanced editing or other requirements outside the standard package scope.
Do you charge extra for luxury or high-end homes?
Pricing is based primarily on the package, finished square footage and production scope—not simply the asking price. Luxury packages cost more because they include additional media such as cinematic video, aerial video and genuine Evening Signature™ twilight.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
If something is wrong with delivered media, contact Pinnacle promptly and identify the specific issue. Re-editing, reshooting or other remedies are handled under the current Terms of Service and the circumstances of the assignment rather than through an unlimited blanket guarantee.
Is payment due before or after the shoot?
Payment timing is controlled by the client’s account and current booking terms. New clients, individual agents and approved brokerage accounts may have different payment arrangements, so use the amount and due date shown in the order system.
Can you provide invoices for tax or expense tracking?
Yes. Orders and payments generate records that can be used for brokerage bookkeeping and expense tracking. If your office requires a particular invoice or receipt format, request it through Client Services.
Quality & Editing
What type of camera and equipment do you use?
Pinnacle uses professional full-frame camera systems, wide-angle lenses, stabilized video equipment, FAA-compliant drone systems and dedicated 3D cameras selected for each service. Specific camera bodies and equipment can change as technology is updated, so the service is defined by the finished deliverable rather than a fixed gear list.
Do you use HDR photography?
Pinnacle uses multi-exposure capture and professional blending when a scene requires additional dynamic range. The goal is a bright, balanced and realistic finished image rather than an exaggerated HDR appearance.
How do you ensure consistency across shoots?
Photographers follow a standardized residential capture approach and Pinnacle’s Signature Editing workflow. Final media is processed to maintain consistent brightness, color, verticals, window views and overall presentation across a listing.
Do you provide blue sky or twilight sky replacement?
Blue-sky replacement is included when appropriate as part of Pinnacle Signature Editing. Smart Twilight™ creates a twilight presentation from a qualifying daytime exterior, while Evening Signature™ is genuine twilight photography captured during a scheduled evening return.
Do you remove unwanted objects or clutter from images?
Normal editing includes professional cleanup and presentation work, but extensive object removal, reconstruction or client-directed changes can require advanced retouching. The feasibility and price depend on how much of the image must be rebuilt.
Can you edit out personal belongings or staging items?
Small items may be removable when the surrounding scene can be reconstructed naturally. For the most accurate and efficient result, personal belongings and unwanted décor should be physically removed before the appointment whenever possible.
Do you offer virtual staging?
Yes. Pinnacle Virtual Staging currently starts at $25 per qualifying vacant-room image, with five or more images currently priced at $20 each. Architecture and room perspective remain unchanged while suitable furniture, artwork and décor are added.
How do you handle lighting issues in dark homes?
The capture and editing process is designed to balance interior lighting with windows and exterior views. Multi-exposure techniques and professional blending are used when needed so rooms remain inviting without losing important window detail.
What resolution are the final images delivered in?
Pinnacle provides finished photography in practical high-resolution and web/listing-ready formats through the media delivery system. If a printer, publication or advertising campaign requires a particular pixel dimension, color profile or file specification, provide that requirement in advance.
Are the images MLS-compliant?
Pinnacle supplies listing-ready files suitable for common MLS use along with branded and unbranded property-page options where included. Individual MLS rules can vary, so the agent remains responsible for that MLS’s current content, branding and upload requirements.
Video & Aerial Services
Do you offer walkthrough video tours?
Yes. Pinnacle’s Cinematic Property Film is a professionally filmed horizontal 4K property video with stabilized interior and exterior footage, licensed music and professional editing.
Can you create property highlight reels for social media?
Yes. The Vertical Social Media Reel is a separately filmed and edited 9:16 property video, generally about 30–60 seconds, designed for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Do you provide drone photography and video?
Yes. GeoContext™ Aerial Photography provides up to 10 finished aerial photographs showing the property, lot, access and surroundings. GeoContext™ Aerial Video can be added to qualifying orders and is included in current luxury residential packages.
Are your drone pilots licensed and insured?
Pinnacle’s commercial drone operations are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certificated remote pilot. If your brokerage or community requires specific proof of insurance, request Pinnacle’s current certificate rather than relying on an older website figure.
Can you add branding or agent introductions to videos?
Yes. The Agent Walk & Talk Upgrade can add one agent’s introduction or guided property highlights to a qualifying scheduled video appointment. Extended scripting, teleprompter work or multiple versions are quoted separately.
Do you offer 360° virtual tours or Matterport?
Yes. Pinnacle offers Zillow 3D Home®, Matterport Pro2 4K for an interior digital twin, and OmniVision™ 3D powered by Matterport Pro3 for a connected interior-and-principal-exterior experience.
How long does it take to receive edited video content?
Standard residential media is targeted for delivery by 12 PM the following day, but production complexity and third-party processing can affect some deliverables. If a specific launch deadline depends on the video, confirm timing before the appointment.
Can you create neighborhood or community highlight videos?
Yes. Community and amenity media can be added when the locations are accessible and practical. GeoContext™ Amenity Video options are available for nearby amenity locations, and more extensive lifestyle productions can be custom scoped.
Do you provide video voiceovers or captions?
Custom narration, agent commentary, scripting or captions can be scoped when needed. The standard Cinematic Property Film is designed around professionally edited footage and licensed music rather than requiring a voiceover.
Can you add custom music to videos?
Pinnacle uses properly licensed music for property films and social video. If you want a specific track, the rights to use that music must permit the intended commercial distribution.
Floor Plans & Virtual Tours
Do you offer 2D or 3D floor plans?
Yes. LiveLayout™ 2D Floor Plans currently start at $150 for properties up to 2,500 sq. ft., and LiveLayout™ 3D Floor Plans start at $250. Several complete residential packages already include the 2D floor plan.
How accurate are the measurements in your floor plans?
LiveLayout™ plans use approximate dimensions intended to help buyers understand room relationships and layout. They are marketing floor plans, not surveys, appraisals, architectural drawings or a substitute for field verification when exact dimensions matter.
Do you provide interactive virtual tours?
Yes. Zillow 3D Home® provides interactive property exploration and a floor-plan experience. Matterport Pro2 and OmniVision™ 3D provide interactive walkthroughs and Matterport dollhouse views.
Is there a monthly hosting fee for virtual tours?
Zillow 3D Home® does not use Pinnacle’s Matterport hosting plan. Matterport Pro2 and OmniVision™ currently include six months of hosting; additional six months are $60, an additional twelve months are $100, and archived-tour reactivation is $35 plus hosting.
Can your floor plans be customized with branding?
Floor-plan presentation can be coordinated with the property marketing package and delivery system. If a brokerage requires a special logo, color treatment or custom drawing convention, confirm the requested customization before production.
How do virtual tours work on mobile devices?
Zillow and Matterport provide browser-based responsive viewers designed for common mobile and desktop devices. Actual loading speed depends on the user’s device, connection and the third-party platform.
Do you offer Google Street View integration?
Google Street View for Business is part of Pinnacle’s commercial digital-capture offering and is intended for eligible business locations. It is not a standard residential-for-sale listing deliverable.
Can I embed virtual tours on my website?
Matterport and other supported tour platforms provide sharing and embed options that can be used on compatible websites. Pinnacle also includes tour presentation within applicable property pages and packages.
Do virtual tours work with VR headsets?
Matterport provides immersive viewing capabilities through supported devices and browsers. Headset compatibility can change by platform, so verify a specific VR requirement before promising it to a seller or buyer.
How does your virtual tour compare to Matterport?
Pinnacle does not replace Matterport with a generic tour: Matterport Pro2 is one of Pinnacle’s actual professional 3D services. Zillow 3D is a lower-cost listing-focused tour, while Matterport and OmniVision™ provide a richer digital-twin experience and dollhouse view.
Turnaround Time & Delivery
How quickly do you deliver photos after a shoot?
Pinnacle’s current standard is delivery of standard residential media by 12 PM the following day. Large custom productions and some third-party products may require additional processing time.
What is the turnaround time for videos?
Residential video is normally produced within Pinnacle’s standard next-day media workflow, subject to production complexity. Confirm any hard deadline before booking rather than assuming an accelerated turnaround.
How do I receive my images and videos?
Completed media is delivered through Pinnacle’s online media system, where clients can access property files and applicable property-marketing assets.
Do you provide multiple download sizes (web vs. print)?
The delivery system provides practical options for listing, web and higher-resolution use. If you have a specific publication or print requirement, provide the requested dimensions or specifications before final delivery.
What file formats do you provide?
Photography is normally delivered as finished image files, video as standard shareable video files, and floor plans as image/PDF-style presentation files depending on the product. Specialized technical formats are not part of the standard residential-media scope unless specifically ordered.
Can you send images directly to MLS or listing platforms?
Pinnacle offers MLS Upload & Listing Support from $40 for qualifying systems and assignments. Access and platform requirements vary, and the agent remains responsible for the accuracy and compliance of the final listing.
Do you keep a backup of past shoots?
Pinnacle maintains media within its delivery and hosting systems according to current retention policies, but clients should download and maintain their own archive of final files. Matterport hosting follows the separate six-month included-hosting policy.
How long do I have access to my files?
Access depends on the media type, account status and third-party hosting. Download your final photography and video files promptly, and extend Matterport hosting when continued tour availability is required.
Do you offer rush delivery options?
Accelerated delivery may be possible depending on the service mix, appointment time and editing capacity. Contact Client Services before relying on a rush deadline because not every product can be accelerated.
What happens if I need revisions on the photos?
Send revision requests promptly and identify the specific image and requested change. Standard corrections and advanced client-directed edits are evaluated under Pinnacle’s current revision policy and Terms of Service.
Customer Service & Support
What sets your company apart from competitors?
Pinnacle combines seven-day appointments, complete-property Signature Series™ Photography, standard-media delivery by 12 PM the next day and one coordinated system for aerials, 3D, floor plans, cinematic video, social media, twilight and marketing assets.
Do you have a dedicated support team?
Yes. Pinnacle provides client support through phone, text, website chat and online booking/media systems.
How do I contact support if I have an issue?
Call 1-800-557-3005 or text 239-243-0433. Pinnacle’s website also provides live-chat and contact options, and published support hours are currently 8 AM–8 PM seven days a week.
Do you provide training on how to use your services?
Pinnacle provides guidance on ordering, property preparation, downloading media and using available marketing assets. Teams and brokerages can also contact Client Services when they need broader onboarding or office-level assistance.
Can I request a specific photographer?
You can request a preferred photographer when availability permits. A specific person cannot always be guaranteed for urgent appointments, specialty services or locations outside that photographer’s normal route.
How do you handle customer complaints?
Contact Pinnacle as soon as a problem is identified and provide the property address, affected media and requested resolution. The team can then determine whether the appropriate response is an edit, clarification, return visit or another remedy under the Terms of Service.
What’s your policy if a shoot does not meet my expectations?
The fastest path is to identify the specific concern within the revision window so Pinnacle can review what was ordered, what was delivered and whether the issue can be corrected through editing or a return visit.
Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?
Refunds are not an automatic substitute for the revision and service-resolution process. Any refund, credit, reshoot or other remedy is determined under the current Terms of Service and the circumstances of the assignment.
Can I view a portfolio before booking?
Yes. Pinnacle’s Recent Work/Gallery allows prospective clients to review completed property media before reserving a shoot.
How do I know your photographers are professionals?
Pinnacle operates as a dedicated real-estate media company with standardized capture and editing workflows, specialized drone and 3D services and ongoing internal production standards. For regulated drone work, the remote pilot is FAA Part 107 certificated.
Licensing & Usage Rights
Who owns the photos after the shoot?
Pinnacle retains copyright ownership of the media. The paying client receives a limited license to use the media according to the applicable Media License Agreement and the purpose for which the media was ordered.
Can I use the photos for marketing beyond MLS listings?
A residential listing license generally permits the named client to use the media to market that property through the MLS, website, social media, brochures and related listing promotion, subject to the current license terms.
Do I need to credit the photographer when using the images?
A routine residential listing license does not generally require a visible Pinnacle photo credit. Publication, editorial or third-party uses can have different requirements, so confirm them before distribution.
Can I resell or transfer the photos to another agent?
No. Pinnacle’s current Terms state that media may not be sold, shared, sublicensed, gifted or transferred to a third party. If the listing moves to another agent or brokerage, the new party must obtain its own license directly from Pinnacle.
Do you offer copyright buyouts?
If a client needs rights beyond Pinnacle’s standard license, contact Pinnacle before use so the requested rights can be reviewed and priced. Do not assume a residential listing order transfers copyright.
Are there restrictions on using the images on social media?
The named residential client may use licensed media for social promotion of the applicable listing. The license does not automatically give another agent, owner, builder, stager, designer or unrelated company the right to reuse those files.
Do you allow co-branding on marketing materials?
Branded property pages and marketing assets are available within current residential packages. Co-branding involving another business or stakeholder should comply with the applicable license and MLS/advertising rules.
Can I use the images after the listing has sold?
The permitted use after a sale depends on the applicable residential license. Do not assume that a listing license authorizes future relisting, a new agent’s marketing or an unrelated commercial use; review the license presented with the media.
Do you offer exclusive rights to the photos?
Standard residential licensing is a limited-use license, not a transfer of copyright or an automatic exclusive-rights purchase. If exclusivity is required, request a separate written rights proposal before using the media.
Are there any licensing fees for extended use?
Use outside the original license—such as a new agent, builder, designer, property manager, publication or unrelated commercial campaign—can require a new or expanded license. Pinnacle can quote the appropriate rights after reviewing the intended use.
Additional Services & Customization
Do you offer custom branding on photos and videos?
Branded and unbranded property pages, agent information and marketing assets are built into applicable residential packages. Custom video branding, on-camera agent segments or campaign-specific graphics can be scoped when needed.
Can you create property brochures or marketing materials?
The Total Marketing Kit provides ready-to-use property-marketing assets and branded/unbranded property pages. More specialized print design or custom collateral can be discussed separately.
Do you offer agent headshots or team photos?
Yes. Professional Business Headshots currently start at $150, with multiple poses captured and one selected portrait professionally retouched. Larger team and business-branding assignments can be custom scoped.
Do you provide lifestyle or community photography?
Yes. Community Amenities Photography, GeoContext™ Aerial Amenities Photography and combined amenity packages are available for accessible community features near the listing.
Can you capture aerial views of nearby amenities?
Yes. GeoContext™ Aerial Amenities Photography can cover one nearby amenity location or connected amenity complex, subject to airspace, weather, access and legal operating conditions.
Do you offer live streaming for virtual open houses?
Live-stream production is not currently a standard published residential-media service. For an event-specific or custom live-production need, contact Pinnacle so the technical and staffing requirements can be evaluated.
Can you create property-specific social media ads?
Pinnacle provides property-marketing assets, vertical social video and shareable listing content. Paid-media campaign management is not included automatically with a residential media order unless specifically quoted.
Do you offer social media management for listings?
Ongoing social-media management is not a standard published residential package. Pinnacle does provide ready-to-publish property assets that an agent, brokerage or marketing team can use across social channels.
Can you add voice-over narrations to virtual tours?
Narration or agent commentary can be added to qualifying video projects when included in the scope. Standard Zillow and Matterport virtual tours are interactive visual experiences rather than narrated productions.
Do you provide listing website creation services?
Yes. Branded and unbranded property pages are included with current core residential packages, and the Total Marketing Kit adds a broader set of downloadable and shareable marketing assets.
Technology & Innovations
Do you use AI-enhanced editing?
Pinnacle can use modern automated and AI-assisted tools within a professional editing workflow for tasks such as sky replacement, object cleanup or noise reduction. Final media is reviewed as a finished real-estate image rather than delivered as an unchecked AI result.
Do you offer AI-generated virtual staging?
Pinnacle offers professional Virtual Staging for qualifying vacant-room photographs. The finished image must preserve the underlying architecture and perspective; the specific production tools used can evolve over time.
How do you stay updated with industry trends?
Pinnacle continuously evaluates camera, drone, 3D, video, editing and delivery technology and updates the service menu when a new tool provides real value for property marketing.
Do you offer augmented reality (AR) experiences?
AR is not currently a standard published residential product. Matterport, OmniVision™ and Zillow 3D provide interactive spatial exploration; a specialized AR requirement should be discussed as a custom project.
Can I integrate your photos with my CRM or website?
You can download and use the licensed media on compatible websites and marketing systems, and supported tour platforms provide share/embed options. Direct CRM integrations depend on the third-party platform and are not promised as a universal Pinnacle feature.
Do you offer API access for automated image uploads?
Public API access is not a standard published residential service. Brokerages needing a high-volume automated workflow should contact Pinnacle with the required platform, authentication method and data specifications for review.
How do you handle data security and client privacy?
Pinnacle uses online booking and media-delivery systems to manage client orders and files. Clients should protect their account credentials and avoid placing sensitive personal information in areas that will appear in listing media.
Do you provide analytics on photo or video engagement?
Some property pages and third-party platforms may provide their own viewing or engagement information. Pinnacle does not promise a universal cross-platform analytics dashboard for every residential deliverable.
Can you help with listing syndication to multiple platforms?
Pinnacle can provide MLS Upload & Listing Support for qualifying systems and produces Zillow-compatible 3D tours and shareable property media. Final syndication behavior is controlled by the MLS, portal or third-party platform.
Do you offer any referral programs or loyalty rewards?
Promotions and referral offers can change. Use Pinnacle’s current promotions or account information rather than relying on an older referral amount shown on a legacy FAQ page.
Start With the Listing. Build the Media Plan Around It.

Pricing, package contents, platform features and policies can change.
