Capture the Space Once. Use It Across Marketing, Operations and Technical Workflows.
Professional commercial digital twins for leasing, remote review, facility context, existing-condition documentation and compatible downstream Matterport deliverables.
Choose the Output the Project Actually Needs.
These services are related, but they solve different problems. Start with the intended audience and final deliverable—not simply the camera platform.
One Digital Twin Can Support Four Very Different Commercial Objectives.
The value depends on who needs the model and what decision or workflow it is intended to support.
Walk Through Two Real Commercial Matterport Spaces.
Experience how Matterport can document very different commercial environments—from a general commercial interior to a specialized pharmacy shared services center clean room—while preserving room-to-room navigation, spatial context and remote-review value.
Define Every Required Output Before Capture.
A standard digital twin and a technical reality-capture assignment are not automatically the same product. Requested outputs can change scan density, site access, capture planning and processing.
Matterport Is the Platform. The Correct Deliverable Depends on the Job.
Choose an interior digital twin, a connected indoor/outdoor experience or a technical output based on how the finished asset will be used.
Matterport 3D
Best when the primary need is an immersive interior model for marketing, documentation or remote review.
- Interior-first capture
- Hosted walkthrough + dollhouse
- Optional plans + data outputs
Pinnacle OmniVision™
Matterport Pro3-powered capture connecting the primary interior with defined exterior commercial areas.
- Indoor + outdoor capture
- Custom exterior extent
- Useful for amenity-rich or operational sites
BIM / TruePlan / Data
Selected downstream files created from compatible capture for design, construction, restoration or estimating workflows.
- Output selected before capture
- Separate processing + fees
- Professional validation remains appropriate
A Useful Digital Twin Starts With a Defined Capture Plan.
Access, scan path and required outputs should be established before the appointment so the model supports the intended workflow.
Define the Use
Confirm marketing, facilities, AEC, restoration or mixed-use objectives and identify the required deliverables.
Plan Access
Map floors, suites, restricted rooms, operating schedules, privacy concerns and areas that should be excluded.
Capture the Space
Complete a connected scan path with the appropriate camera platform, density and sequencing for the approved scope.
Process + Deliver
Publish the hosted model and complete separately ordered plans, exports or technical deliverables.
Commercial Matterport Is Priced by Area, Complexity and Output.
One open office suite and a dense multi-floor industrial facility are different production assignments even when their square footage appears similar.
What Changes the Final Scope
Provide the floor area, number of floors, suites or buildings, intended outputs, access window, hosting need and stakeholder use. Technical deliverables should be identified before capture.
Useful Across the Commercial Property Lifecycle.
Digital twins can remain useful after the original marketing campaign when the appropriate stakeholders, hosting period and outputs are included.

Questions to Resolve Before Capture.
Is commercial Matterport only for leasing and marketing?
No. A digital twin can also support remote review, facility context, existing-condition documentation, AEC coordination and restoration workflows. The specific value depends on the requested outputs and who will use them.
What is included in the published starting price?
The current commercial pricing lists Matterport 3D from $300 for one interior up to 2,500 sq. ft. Larger, multi-floor, dense-layout, restricted-access or multi-model projects are custom scoped.
Are floor plans, BIM files and point-cloud exports included automatically?
No. These are separate deliverables or add-ons and should be selected before capture because the required output can affect scan density, access and planning.
Can separate suites or buildings require separate models?
Yes. Detached buildings, independent tenant spaces, restricted zones or disconnected scan paths may require additional capture and separate models.
Can Matterport be used with Revit or AutoCAD workflows?
Compatible Matterport capture can support MatterPak, E57 and Matterport BIM outputs used in common AEC workflows. The exact output, model detail and professional validation requirements should be defined before production.
Can a Matterport scan support Xactimate?
Compatible Matterport capture can be used to order TruePlan™ SKX deliverables for Xactimate® when that workflow is included in the project.
How long does the digital twin remain active?
The hosting period should be stated in the approved scope. Continued access after the included period may require a hosting extension.
How do I request a commercial Matterport project?
Use the Commercial Project Scope form so Pinnacle can review square footage, floors, buildings, access, intended users, hosting and all required outputs before scheduling.
Tell Us What the Digital Twin Needs to Do After Capture.
Send the property address, approximate interior area, floors, buildings, access restrictions, intended users, hosting requirements and every required output. Pinnacle will confirm the correct Matterport scope before production.
Commercial Matterport assignments are subject to final scope confirmation. Matterport data and schematic measurements do not replace a licensed land survey, code review, destructive investigation, professional design, engineering judgment or field verification where those services are required. Matterport, MatterPak, Pro2, Pro3 and TruePlan are trademarks of Matterport; Xactimate is a Verisk product.
