Let Stakeholders Move From the Interior Into the Spaces Outside.
A connected commercial digital twin for properties where exterior circulation, amenities, loading areas, courtyards, drive aisles or outdoor guest spaces are essential to understanding the site.
Choose the Output the Project Actually Needs.
These services are related, but they solve different problems. Start with the intended audience and final deliverable—not simply the camera platform.
Some Commercial Properties Cannot Be Understood From the Interior Alone.
OmniVision is designed around the relationship between the building, the outdoor areas around it and the way guests, tenants or operations move through the site.
Experience Two Real Commercial Spaces Where the Property Story Continues Outside.
These live Pinnacle OmniVision™ examples demonstrate why a connected interior-and-exterior digital twin can be more useful than an interior-only model when outdoor circulation, grounds, access and surrounding site context are part of understanding the property.
Plan the Interior and Exterior Path Before Capture.
OmniVision is a connected immersive experience. The interior, exterior route, stopping point, hosting need and any optional downstream outputs should be identified before production.
Choose OmniVision When the Property Story Crosses the Doorway.
Standard Matterport, OmniVision and aerial photogrammetry each create a different kind of understanding.
Matterport 3D
Best when the primary objective is an immersive model of the building interior.
- Professional interior digital twin
- Marketing or documentation
- Optional Matterport add-ons
Pinnacle OmniVision™
Best when defined exterior areas are part of the same walkable commercial experience.
- Matterport Pro3 powered
- Interior + approved exterior path
- Custom commercial scope
Aerial Photogrammetry
Best when the project requires an aerial map, model, orthomosaic or site-scale geometric deliverable.
- Drone-based data capture
- Different accuracy + control requirements
- Not an interactive interior tour
The Exterior Extent Must Be Planned Before the Scan Begins.
A connected model depends on a continuous path, safe access, suitable operating conditions and a clearly defined stopping point.
Define the Experience
Identify the interior, exterior amenities, operational areas and circulation paths that belong in the same model.
Map the Route
Confirm doors, gates, walkways, disconnected structures, active traffic, privacy, lighting and areas to exclude.
Capture With Pro3
Scan the approved interior and exterior route using the density and sequencing needed for a stable connected model.
Process + Host
Publish the model, review the route and activate it for the defined commercial hosting period.
Commercial OmniVision Is Custom Scoped Around the Connected Area.
Interior square footage is only one factor. Exterior extent, route length, scan density, traffic, sunlight, distance between spaces and disconnected structures can materially change production time.
What Determines the OmniVision Scope
Provide a site plan or marked aerial when possible. Identify every interior, amenity, exterior route, yard, structure and access point that must be connected.
Best for Properties With Meaningful Outdoor Context.
Use OmniVision when exterior areas materially affect guest experience, tenant understanding, operations or the value of the commercial property.
Build the Complete Digital Capture Scope.
Questions to Resolve Before Capture.
What is Pinnacle OmniVision™ Commercial 3D?
It is a Matterport Pro3-powered digital twin that connects an approved commercial interior with defined exterior spaces in one interactive experience.
How is OmniVision different from standard Commercial Matterport 3D?
Standard Matterport is generally interior-focused. OmniVision is selected when the exterior path, amenities, loading areas, courtyards or other approved outdoor spaces need to remain connected to the interior model.
Can OmniVision capture an entire commercial campus or unlimited acreage?
Not as an open-ended standard service. Large acreage, disconnected buildings, long routes and community-wide capture require a custom plan and may need multiple models or a different mapping service.
Is OmniVision the same as aerial photogrammetry?
No. OmniVision is an immersive walk-through digital twin. Aerial photogrammetry is a drone-based mapping and modeling workflow with different flight planning, control and output requirements.
Can exterior areas be scanned in direct sunlight?
Matterport Pro3 is designed for indoor and outdoor capture, including bright exterior conditions. Final capture still depends on access, weather, reflective surfaces, traffic and the approved route.
Can separate buildings be connected in one model?
Sometimes, when a stable and practical scan path exists. Long gaps, disconnected structures, traffic or inaccessible transitions may require separate models.
Does OmniVision include BIM or point-cloud deliverables?
Not automatically. Technical outputs and Matterport add-ons must be selected and priced separately, and the capture plan may need to be adjusted to support them.
How do I request a commercial OmniVision project?
Use the Commercial Project Scope form so Pinnacle can review the interior area, exterior route, structures, access, hosting, intended use and requested outputs before scheduling.
Show Us Where the Interior Experience Needs to Continue Outside.
Send the property address, interior area, site plan or marked aerial, exterior route, buildings, amenities, operational restrictions and intended use. Pinnacle will determine the appropriate OmniVision capture plan before scheduling.
Pinnacle OmniVision™ is a proprietary Pinnacle Property Media service powered by Matterport Pro3. It is an immersive digital twin and does not replace a land survey, civil mapping, aerial photogrammetry, code review, professional design, engineering judgment or critical field verification. Exterior capture remains subject to access, weather, site operations and safe working conditions.
