Additional services or work outside the original order can be priced separately, but they should be identified as additional scope rather than disguised as routine fees.
Routine Trip Charge in Standard Service Areas
When the property is within Pinnacle's standard service area, the normal residential appointment price does not need another routine travel surcharge added to it.

Editing Without the Games
Standard Professional Editing Is Part of the Service.
Residential photography includes Pinnacle Signature Editing and standard image processing appropriate to the selected service. You should not have to discover after delivery that normal professional processing costs extra.
- Professional exposure and tonal balancing
- Color correction and image optimization
- Perspective correction when appropriate
- Blue-sky replacement when appropriate
- Standard aerial editing on ordered aerial photography
- Other normal processing included with the selected service
Transparency Works Both Ways
Some Situations Can Legitimately Create an Additional Charge.
These are not hidden fees. They are situations where the appointment, production time or requested work expands beyond the normal ordered scope.
Late Cancellation or Reschedule
Cancellations or reschedules with less than the required notice may result in the applicable cancellation/reschedule fee.
No Access or Property Not Ready
If the photographer arrives and cannot access or begin the appointment because of property conditions, an additional fee may apply.
Significant Appointment Overrun
Excessive delays or expanded on-site time not caused by Pinnacle may require additional production time at the applicable hourly rate.
Advanced or Extensive Retouching
Power-line removal, extensive object removal, major compositing or other advanced edits outside standard processing may require additional fees.
Services Added Beyond the Order
Additional buildings, separate locations, major scope changes or services not included in the original order can be priced separately.
Unusual or Custom Production
Complex estates, uncommon access requirements and unusual production scopes may require a custom quote rather than standard residential pricing.

The current residential menu begins with Essential Photography at $225 and the Complete Marketing Package at $350 for properties up to 2,500 square feet, with larger-property pricing clearly shown on the pricing page.

Does “No Surprise Fees” mean Pinnacle never charges anything beyond the original order?
No. Additional work, expanded scope, significant delays, advanced editing, late cancellations and other circumstances identified in Pinnacle's policies can create additional charges. The promise is that routine residential service pricing is clear and legitimate additional scope is treated as additional scope.
Do you charge a routine travel fee within your standard service areas?
No routine trip charge is added to standard residential appointments within Pinnacle's normal service areas. Unusual or out-of-area projects may require prior approval or a custom quote.
Do I pay for every photograph?
No. Residential listing photography includes unlimited professional photographs appropriate to the property rather than charging for each useful listing image.
Is standard editing included?
Yes. Pinnacle Signature Editing and the standard processing included with the selected residential service are part of the published price. Advanced or extensive retouching outside the normal scope may be quoted separately.
Can a property that is not ready create another fee?
Yes. The client is responsible for having the property accessible and camera-ready at the scheduled time. A no-access situation, late cancellation or significant delay can create an additional charge under Pinnacle's policies.
