How do I receive the $50 Premier Sotheby's promotion?
The promotion is available to qualifying new Pinnacle Property Media Realtor clients affiliated with Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Mention the Premier Sotheby's promotion when booking or contact Client Services before your first appointment.
How many property photographs will I receive?
Pinnacle provides unlimited appropriate property photography. We do not limit the appointment to an arbitrary small photo count. We capture the useful interior and exterior photographs necessary to properly represent the property.
When will my media be delivered?
Standard residential media is delivered by 12 PM the following day. Certain specialty services, complex projects or third-party processing services may require additional production time.
Can photography, drone, video and 3D be completed together?
Yes. Multiple listing-media services can generally be coordinated during one property appointment.
Do you photograph listings on weekends?
Yes. Pinnacle offers photography appointments seven days a week, subject to photographer availability.
Can I schedule for tomorrow?
Next-day appointments are frequently available. Check the online scheduling system or contact Client Services for the earliest available appointment in your area.
Do you charge travel fees?
Pinnacle does not charge routine travel fees for appointments within our standard service areas. Projects outside normal service areas or requiring unusual travel may require prior approval.
Are Pinnacle drone photographers FAA licensed?
Drone services are performed in accordance with applicable FAA requirements by qualified remote pilots.
