A Vacation Rental Keeps Marketing
3D Hosting Is Different From the Photography License.
Vacation-rental photography can continue under its property-specific marketing license, but an active Matterport digital twin also requires hosting. Pinnacle includes the first six months of Matterport hosting with both Pro2 and OmniVision™.
If you want the 3D tour to remain live after the included period, extend the hosting rather than allowing the model to archive.

Vacation-rental guests often book without visiting the property in person. A floor plan or interactive 3D tour can help them understand bedroom relationships, room flow, stairs, bathrooms, gathering spaces and how indoor and outdoor areas connect before they commit to the stay.
What is the difference between LiveLayout™ and Matterport?
LiveLayout™ is a labeled 2D floor plan designed for fast layout understanding. Matterport Pro2 is an interactive interior digital twin that lets guests virtually walk through the rooms and view the home in Dollhouse View.
What is the difference between Matterport Pro2 and OmniVision™ 3D?
Matterport Pro2 is primarily an interior digital twin. OmniVision™ 3D is powered by Matterport Pro3 and extends the connected experience into immediate outdoor areas such as the pool deck, lanai, outdoor kitchen, nearby dock or one detached structure within standard scope.
How much is LiveLayout™ 2D?
LiveLayout™ 2D is $150 à la carte. It is also included with Complete Vacation Rental Media, Complete Vacation Rental Video and Luxury Vacation Rental packages.
How much is Matterport Pro2 4K?
Matterport Pro2 4K is a size-based upgrade starting at $250 for vacation rentals up to 2,500 sq. ft. Current upgrade tiers increase with property size.
How much is OmniVision™ 3D?
OmniVision™ 3D is a size-based upgrade starting at $450 for vacation rentals up to 2,500 sq. ft. It is intended for properties where connected outdoor living is an important part of the guest experience.
How much Matterport hosting is included?
Six months of Matterport hosting is included with both Matterport Pro2 4K and OmniVision™ 3D. An additional six months is $60, an additional twelve months is $100, and reactivation after archiving is $35 plus hosting.
Is Matterport hosting the same as the vacation-rental photography license?
No. Photography licensing and Matterport hosting are separate. The vacation-rental photography license governs authorized use of the photography, while an interactive Matterport model must remain actively hosted for guests to continue accessing the live 3D tour.
Can separate units or detached buildings require separate 3D models?
Yes. Multiple separately rentable units, detached buildings and unusually complex properties can require separate models or additional scope. Client Services can confirm the correct approach before the appointment.
Which option is best for a pool or waterfront vacation rental?
If guests need to understand how the interior connects to the pool, lanai, dock or other immediate outdoor areas, OmniVision™ 3D is generally the stronger choice. If interior room flow is the main concern, Matterport Pro2 may be sufficient. LiveLayout™ remains useful with either option for quick layout reference.
