How much is GeoContext™ Aerial Photography?
GeoContext™ Aerial Photography is $150 for up to 10 professional aerial photographs, subject to legal flight conditions, airspace and weather.
How much is a Cinematic Property Film?
Cinematic Property Film pricing is size-based and starts at $325 for vacation rentals up to 2,500 sq. ft. The film is a guest-focused horizontal property video with professional editing and licensed music.
How much is a Vertical Social Media Reel?
A separately edited vertical social reel is $150. It is generally approximately 30–60 seconds and is designed for vertical social placements.
How much is GeoContext™ Aerial Video?
GeoContext™ Aerial Video is $200 for standard vacation-rental aerial video coverage and remains subject to airspace, weather and legal launch / landing conditions.

Can drone media show beach or waterfront proximity?
When geography, access, airspace and the available perspective allow it, GeoContext™ aerial media can visually establish the relationship between the property and nearby waterfront, beach access or other meaningful destination features. Distance and access claims should still be independently verified.
Do I need both a horizontal film and a vertical reel?
They serve different jobs. The horizontal Cinematic Property Film is the more complete guest-focused property story, while the separately edited vertical reel is designed for mobile-first social discovery.
Is aerial video included with the Cinematic Property Film?
No. GeoContext™ Aerial Video is a separate service unless it is included through a qualifying package.
