Show the Property, the Access and the Context Around It.
Current, high-resolution commercial drone photography planned to explain site scale, frontage, parking, access, circulation, visibility and surrounding Florida context—not simply provide a scenic rooftop view.
The Value Is Not “Higher.” The Value Is Clearer Context.
GeoContext™ photography is planned around what a tenant, buyer, investor, developer or facility team needs to understand about the site.
Four Questions the Aerial Set Should Answer.
Every angle should earn its place by explaining a relationship that ground photography cannot show as efficiently.
How Large Is the Site?
Show the building footprint, parcel relationship, parking, yards, open land and the overall scale of the asset.
How Does Traffic Move?
Explain primary and secondary entrances, internal circulation, loading areas, service access and approach routes.
What Can Be Seen Nearby?
Show road frontage, intersections, neighboring businesses, residential density, water, amenities and development context.
What Makes the Property Different?
Highlight corner positioning, waterfront, signage exposure, campus layout, expansion area or other location advantages.
Choose the Views Before the Aircraft Leaves the Ground.
A retail center, industrial facility, self-storage site and development parcel require different altitudes, orientations and context. The objective is defined before the aircraft leaves the ground.
The shot list is built around the property—not a fixed drone routine.

Primary Property Identity
Oblique angles that clearly establish the building, site and most important frontage.
Vertical + Near-Vertical Context
Overhead perspectives for layout, circulation, roof, parking and parcel understanding.
Approach + Access
Views aligned with major roads, intersections, entrances and primary arrival routes.
Surrounding Demand Drivers
Nearby retail, residential, employment, water, hospitality, landmarks or complementary uses.
Operations + Logistics
Loading, service areas, truck courts, laydown areas, storage yards and internal circulation.
Optional Graphic Overlays
Property boundaries, access arrows or contextual labels when appropriate source information is supplied.
Aerial Marketing Media and Aerial Mapping Are Different Assignments.
Both use drones, but the capture plan, processing and intended use are not interchangeable.
Commercial Aerial Photography
A selective set of finished photographs designed for listings, websites, offering materials, presentations and approved campaigns.
Aerial Photogrammetry
High-overlap capture processed into orthomosaics, point clouds, models and project-specific measurement products.
Define the Question. Plan the Flight. Deliver the Context.
Commercial aerial work is most useful when the intended audience and finished use are established before capture.
Scope the Property
Confirm the address, property type, primary objective, requested images, access and organizations that need to use the media.
Plan the Flight
Review site conditions, sun direction, airspace, obstructions, neighboring uses and the angles required to explain the property.
Capture the Set
Fly a deliberate sequence of oblique, overhead and context views rather than collecting repetitive generic angles.
Edit + Deliver
Refine color, exposure and clarity, prepare approved overlays when ordered and deliver the finished commercial set.

Large, multi-building, active, restricted-access and recurring assignments can be custom scoped around the required deliverables and operating conditions.
Plan the Images and the Organizations That Need to Use Them.
Commercial usage can involve an owner, broker, developer, property manager, architect, tenant or brand. Those stakeholders should be identified when the assignment is scoped.
Commercial Use Is Defined Before Production.

Build the Right GeoContext™ and Property-Media Scope.
Coordinate the aerial service with the ground, evening, video or technical deliverables the property and project actually need.
Questions to Resolve Before the Flight.
Clear answers about deliverables, access, airspace, weather, licensing and downstream use prevent assumptions and keep the assignment focused.
How many aerial photographs are included?
The published standard service includes up to 10 finished commercial aerial photographs. Additional images, buildings, locations or specialized views can be added through a custom scope.
Can Pinnacle add property lines or access arrows?
Yes, on qualifying images when appropriate parcel or site information is supplied. These graphics are illustrative marketing overlays and should not be treated as a legal boundary survey.
Can the same appointment include ground photography or video?
Often yes. Commercial aerial photography can be coordinated with ground photography, ground video, aerial video, twilight or other compatible services when property size and production time allow.
Can you photograph an active construction site?
Yes. The flight plan must account for site operations, cranes, workers, equipment, access, safety requirements and the specific progress views needed by the stakeholders.
Are commercial drone flights always available?
No. Flights depend on weather, site access, obstructions, legal operating conditions, temporary restrictions and applicable FAA airspace authorization.
Who can use the aerial photographs?
The license is based on the named client, property, intended campaign and approved stakeholders. Use by another owner, brokerage, tenant, developer, brand or unrelated company may require additional permission or licensing.
How do I request a commercial aerial photography project?
Use the Commercial Project Scope form so Pinnacle can review the property, required angles, timing, airspace, access, overlays, licensing and any coordinated commercial services before scheduling.
Show the Property, the Access and the Context Around It.
Send the address, property type, intended audience, required aerial views, access information, timeline, overlay needs and organizations that require use of the media. Pinnacle will confirm the appropriate GeoContext™ scope before production.
Commercial assignments are subject to final scope confirmation. Pricing may change for multiple buildings, locations, restricted access, extended production, specialized deliverables, advanced graphics, technical controls, broader stakeholder licensing or other work outside the published standard scope. Drone services are subject to weather, property access, legal operating conditions, temporary restrictions, FAA requirements and applicable airspace authorization.
