Put the Property’s Scale, Access and Location Into Motion.
Professionally planned and edited aerial-only commercial films using approaches, reveals, orbits and context shots to explain how the property connects to roads, surroundings and the people who use it.
Aerial Motion Explains Relationships That a Single Image Cannot.
A strong aerial film leads the viewer through the site in a controlled sequence: approach, reveal, orientation, circulation and surrounding context.
Four Jobs a Commercial Aerial Film Can Perform.
Motion becomes persuasive when every movement answers a question a buyer, tenant, investor, guest or stakeholder is likely to ask.
Establish Arrival
Begin with the road, entrance, monument sign, waterway or approach that creates a clear sense of place.
Reveal the Entire Site
Use controlled rises, pullbacks and orbits to explain the building, parking, yards, amenities and connected structures.
Show Movement + Access
Trace vehicle circulation, loading, entrances, walkability, waterfront access or other operational relationships.
Connect the Surroundings
Show corridors, anchors, density, amenities, landmarks and complementary uses in a continuous location story.
Plan the Story Before the Aircraft Starts Moving.
The most useful edit moves from orientation to detail and back to context. Shot order, direction and duration are planned so the viewer always understands where the property sits and why the location matters.
Aerial-Only Video and a Full Commercial Property Film Are Separate Productions.
The published aerial service is built around drone footage. Ground video, interviews and vertical social edits are separate deliverables.
GeoContext™ Aerial Video
A concise horizontal film built from stabilized drone movements that explain the site, approach, access and location.
- Aerial capture + professional edit
- Horizontal property-focused delivery
- Licensed music
- Ground footage is not automatically included
Ground + Aerial Production
A broader production that combines interior and exterior ground footage with aerial context.
- Ground walkthrough + exterior footage
- Aerial movements integrated into the edit
- Broader shot plan + production time
- Vertical reel, interviews + graphics scoped separately
Define the Story. Plan the Flight. Capture the Motion. Build the Film.
Commercial aerial video is most effective when the objective, route and finished platform are decided before capture.
Objective + Audience
Confirm whether the film supports leasing, sale, investor communication, hospitality, construction or business marketing.
Route + Shot Plan
Plan approaches, reveals, orbits, altitude changes, site relationships and the sequence needed to explain the property.
Capture + Direction
Fly the planned movements while adapting to weather, traffic, operations, sun angle and legal flight conditions.
Edit + Delivery
Stabilize, color grade, pace the sequence, add licensed music and deliver the approved horizontal commercial film.
Aerial Video, Ground Video and Vertical Social Are Separate Deliverables.
The published aerial service is an edited aerial-only horizontal film. Ground footage, multiple versions, custom graphics, narration or interviews require a broader production scope.
Commercial Aerial Video
- Professionally captured aerial footage
- Edited horizontal aerial-only commercial film
- One standard commercial property or connected site
- Subject to weather, access, airspace + FAA requirements
Dedicated Aerial Video Assignment
- Dedicated flight appointment
- Aerial-only property film
- Professional editing + licensed music
- Property, access + surrounding context
Aerial Storytelling for Properties, Businesses and Projects of Every Scale.
Large, multi-building, active, restricted-access and recurring assignments can be custom scoped around the required deliverables and operating conditions.
Plan the Final Platforms, Versions and Approved Users.
A commercial film may be used on a property page, listing campaign, investor presentation, website or social channel. The required versions and stakeholders should be identified before editing begins.
Commercial Use Is Defined Before Production.
The approved scope should identify the commissioning client, filmed property, campaign, final platforms and organizations that need to use the finished film.
Build the Right GeoContext™ and Property-Media Scope.
Questions to Resolve Before the Flight.
What is included in the published aerial video service?
The published service is a professionally captured and edited aerial-only horizontal commercial film for one standard property or connected site. Ground footage, vertical edits, interviews, narration and advanced graphics are separate.
Is ground video included with aerial video?
No. The commercial pricing structure treats ground video and aerial video as separate deliverables. They can be coordinated into one complete property film when both services are ordered or included in a qualifying package.
Can you create a vertical social reel from the aerial footage?
A vertical 9:16 Commercial Social Reel is a separately edited deliverable. It should be planned for mobile framing rather than treated as an automatic crop of the horizontal film.
Can Pinnacle film a large industrial site or multi-building campus?
Yes. Large, multi-building and complex properties can be custom scoped around flight time, site operations, access, multiple locations, required movements, finished edits and licensing.
Can aerial video include labels, roads or property boundaries?
Yes, when motion graphics and suitable source information are included in the approved scope. Animated labels and overlays require additional editing and are not automatically part of the standard aerial-only film.
Can you capture aerial video at twilight?
Potentially, when the assignment, lighting, weather, property readiness, airspace and applicable FAA operating requirements allow. Twilight aerial video should be planned with the evening production rather than assumed as a standard daytime deliverable.
How quickly is aerial video delivered?
The delivery schedule is confirmed with the final scope. A standard aerial-only film generally requires less post-production than projects involving ground footage, graphics, several versions, interviews or recurring progress edits.
How do I request a commercial aerial video project?
Use the Commercial Project Scope form so Pinnacle can review the property, audience, required aerial movements, airspace, access, timing, versions, graphics and licensing before production.
Put the Property’s Scale and Location Into Motion.
Send the address, property type, intended audience, required aerial relationships, access information, timeline, final platforms and any graphics or alternate-version needs. Pinnacle will build the appropriate GeoContext™ flight and edit plan before production.
Commercial assignments are subject to final scope confirmation. Pricing may change for multiple buildings, locations, restricted access, extended production, specialized deliverables, advanced graphics, additional versions, broader stakeholder licensing or work outside the published standard scope. Drone services are subject to weather, property access, legal operating conditions, temporary restrictions, FAA requirements and applicable airspace authorization.
