For homes up to 2,000 sq. ft., the Essential Package starts at $300, the Zillow Showcase Package starts at $400, and the recommended Cinematic Marketing Package starts at $500. Zillow 3D is included in Zillow Showcase and Cinematic Marketing. Pricing increases by property-size tier.
Pinnacle captures a Zillow 3D Home® Tour during the Listing Photography appointment and publishes it for Zillow-compatible distribution. The Interactive Zillow Floor-Plan Experience is included.
No. Zillow 3D is a Zillow-native interactive tour and floor-plan experience. Matterport Pro2 is Pinnacle’s professional interior digital twin, while OmniVision™ uses Matterport Pro3 to connect the primary interior with principal exterior living spaces.
Zillow states that 3D Home tours can be shared through the MLS, websites, email and social media. MLS use should follow local MLS branding and link requirements.
Pinnacle does not charge a separate Matterport-style hosting subscription for the Zillow 3D Home® service. Zillow hosts the Zillow 3D experience on its platform.
The current Pinnacle Zillow 3D add-on is captured during the scheduled Listing Photography appointment, making it easy to add without creating a separate media visit.
