It is optional support organizing and uploading approved Pinnacle-created listing media into a supported MLS so the property can move from media delivery toward launch with less repetitive file work.
How much does MLS Upload & Listing Support cost?
Standard MLS Upload & Listing Support starts at $40 per property. Expanded writing, unusual platform work or additional listing services can be quoted separately.
What media can Pinnacle help upload?
The standard scope can include Pinnacle-created listing photography and, where the MLS supports them, eligible property-tour links, Matterport or other 3D-tour links and delivered floor-plan media.
Will Pinnacle upload media created by another photographer or company?
The standard service is designed around media Pinnacle created for the property. Third-party media or unusual listing-support requests require review before they are accepted into the scope.
Do I need to give Pinnacle my MLS password?
Not necessarily. Access methods vary by MLS and brokerage. Where available, delegated team-member, assistant or temporary authorized access is preferable to sharing a primary password. Any access method must comply with your MLS and brokerage rules.
Does Pinnacle publish the listing for me?
The agent or broker should remain the final reviewer and publishing authority. Pinnacle's standard service focuses on approved media organization and upload support; listing accuracy, disclosures, remarks, MLS compliance and final submission remain the responsibility of the listing professional.
Can Pinnacle decide the final order of my listing photos?
We can help organize the media, but the listing professional should review and approve the final photo order because presentation preferences, MLS rules and property-specific priorities can vary.
Can you add my Matterport tour, floor plan or property website?
Where the MLS provides an appropriate field or upload/link option, eligible Pinnacle-created media can be added as part of the requested scope. Availability depends on the MLS platform and its rules.
Can you also write the property description or listing remarks?
Expanded writing and listing-support services are outside the basic media-upload scope and can be reviewed and quoted separately.
Does every MLS allow Pinnacle to provide this service?
No. MLS permissions, brokerage policies, security requirements and media fields vary. Service is available only where the requested support and access method are allowed.
