Common Questions Before You Book.

Vacation-rental media markets a recurring guest experience. The assignment often requires complete coverage of every sleeping arrangement, amenity, entertainment space, outdoor feature and detail that can influence where a guest chooses to stay.
Yes. On-property amenities such as pools, spas, docks, game rooms, grills, putting greens and outdoor-living areas are included within the selected Vacation Rental Photography scope. Community and off-property amenities are separate services because they require additional travel, access and production time.
Each independently marketed unit requires its own coverage, delivery and license. Adjacent units photographed during the same appointment currently receive a 25% discount, while a separate building on the same property receives a 15% discount. A different day or separate return is full price.
Yes. Vacation rentals are priced by the greater of property size or production complexity. Five or more bedrooms, multiple bunk rooms or kitchens, detached guest suites, several major entertainment spaces or extensive pool and waterfront areas can require a higher production tier.
Pinnacle's vacation-rental media license is tied to one named property and one owner or management company. The applicable license governs property-specific booking, direct-marketing and social use. If you distribute the property through additional channels such as TripAdvisor, Whimstay, American Snowbird, Hopper or BookingPal, Client Services can confirm the applicable channel use before the appointment. Transfer to a new owner, new management company or unrelated commercial advertiser is not automatically included.
Pinnacle schedules seven days a week and offers next-day appointments when availability permits. Standard photography is delivered by 12 PM the next day. Specialized services such as real twilight, complex video and immersive-tour processing may have different completion timing.
Six months of hosting are included with Matterport Pro2 4K and OmniVision™ 3D. Additional hosting is currently $60 for six months or $100 for twelve months. Reactivation after archiving is $35 plus hosting.
